EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
The Customer has the right, within 14 (fourteen) business days from the date of receiving the ordered Product of proper quality (not counting the day of receipt), to exchange it for another similar Product from the Seller if the received Product does not satisfy the Customer in terms of shape, dimensions, style, color, size, or for other reasons, or if the Product cannot be used by the Customer for its intended purpose.
An exchange of a Product of proper quality is carried out provided that it has not been used and that its presentation, consumer properties, seals, and tags have been preserved. The list of Products that are not subject to exchange or return on the grounds specified in this Agreement is established by Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994.
The exchange of a Product of proper quality, as well as the exchange (replacement) of a Product with significant defects, is carried out by the Seller on the basis of a written application from the Customer, sent together with the Product to the Seller's address.
The Customer's request for the exchange of a Product of proper quality, as well as the request for the exchange (replacement) of a Product with significant defects, shall — provided the Seller has the Product required for the exchange or replacement in stock — be satisfied by the Seller immediately, but in any case no later than 14 (fourteen) business days from the moment the Seller receives the Customer's application.
The exchange of a Product of proper quality, as well as the exchange (replacement) of a Product with significant defects, is carried out by the Seller upon presentation by the Customer of the relevant proof-of-purchase document of the established form (a receipt, sales slip, or cashier's check) confirming the sale of the Product to the Customer, indicating the date of sale (date of transfer) of the Product.
If, at the time the Customer contacts the Seller with a request to exchange a Product of proper quality for another similar product, the product required by the Customer for the exchange is not available for sale from the Seller, the Customer has the right to:
- exchange the purchased Product for any other product among those available for sale, with a corresponding recalculation of the Product's value in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine; or
- terminate this Agreement; or
- exchange the received product for another similar product as soon as it next becomes available for sale from the Seller. In this case, the Seller undertakes to notify the Customer on the day such a Product becomes available for sale.
