Shipping policy

Delivery of products is carried out by authorized or third parties on our behalf (such as the delivery services "Nova Poshta" and others). All delivery terms apply in accordance with the delivery rules of the aforementioned parties.

Delivery is considered completed, or the order considered delivered, at the moment the documents confirming receipt of the order are signed at the agreed delivery address.

The risk of accidental loss of the Product passes to you from the moment ownership arises — namely, from the moment the Product is handed over to you in the store, or from the moment the Product is handed over to the courier for delivery.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries in Europe and worldwide.

Delivery is carried out through international postal and courier services depending on the recipient's country.

Delivery time: from 5 to 21 business days depending on the destination country.

Shipping costs are calculated individually at checkout.

The Customer is responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, and other charges provided for by the legislation of the recipient's country.

Once the order has been dispatched, we provide a tracking number to follow the parcel.
